How much is shipping?
Shipping is free for domestic customers. International customers are responsible for all fees and shipping cost provided during check out.
How long will it take my order to ship?
All orders are shipped USPS within 2-7 business days of orders being placed. International delivery can take anywhere from 2-10 weeks.
Can I get a refund or make an exchange?
Yes, you can. Refunds/Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the purchase.
-The returned item(s) must have its original tags attached, unworn (smoke-free) and in new condition
-Clothing that has been washed or worn cannot be accepted for Refund/Exchange.
-For exchanges, if your item is not in stock, you will be refunded. Please allow exchanges 3 - 10 business days to be delivered once it has been reshipped.
You are responsible for return shipping. Make sure to use a shipping method with tracking and hold onto your tracking number when you return the items for refund/exchange. We cannot be held responsible for any returned merchandise not received, unless we have obtained proof of delivery.

Do my billing and shipping address have to match?
No but we may contact you to verify it is you that made the order to prevent identity and credit card fraud.
How do I track the shipment of my order?
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has left our warehouse. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update on your package. Clicking on the tracking number in the email will direct you to a tracking page. If this does not work, you may need to copy and paste the tracking number from the email into the appropriate shipping service
My order was place successfully, but why I didn’t I receive an email confirmation?
During high traffic, there may be a delay in delivery of confirmation emails. If you have not received an email please refer to your junk folder. If you think you entered an incorrect email, please contact us including your order number and full name and we will resend your confirmation.
How soon will I get my return refund?
Once your items are inspected by the store, you'll get your refund typically within 48-72 hours.
How do I change or cancel my orders?
Email email@example.com with your order number and what you would like to do. We can change or cancel your order as long as your order has not shipped out.
